He designs sessions that integrate mobility work into strength and conditioning rather than treating it as a separate activity. Members gain range without sacrificing stability, and restrictions they had accepted as permanent often prove correctable with the right programming. James brings the same rigor to overall fitness that he does to movement quality work. His sessions are engaging and purposeful, and the results accumulate in ways that members notice long outside the gym.
