House Rules
Club Etiquette
A short list of standards that keeps the floor calm and the room welcoming. Members appreciate the difference.
Willow Bend is a private club, not a gym. The standards below are not bureaucracy; they are the reason the room feels the way it does. Membership comes with the understanding that everyone holds the line together.

Respect the room
Keep voices conversational. The floor should feel calm, not crowded.
Wipe down equipment
Sanitizing wipes are at every station. Use them after every set, every machine.
Re-rack your weights
Plates and dumbbells return to their home. Always.
Share the floor
No leaving belongings on benches or machines between sets. Work in when asked.
Time on equipment
Be aware of others during peak hours. Limit cardio to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
Phones on quiet
Calls in the lobby or locker rooms only. Headphones welcomed on the floor.
No photography of members
No filming, photographing, or recording other members at any time.
Coach the floor, not other members
Programming guidance comes from our team. Friendly conversation is welcomed; unsolicited coaching is not.
Locker rooms
Day-use lockers only. Towels go in the bins. Showers are stocked daily.
Attire
Athletic clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes. Shirts on at all times.
A note on enforcement
We rarely need to enforce these rules because our members are who they are. When a reminder is needed, our team will give it once, privately, and kindly. Membership is a privilege we take seriously, and we extend that same seriousness to maintaining a club worth belonging to.
Standards you can feel.
A private tour is the fastest way to understand what makes the floor feel different.
