Common Questions
Before you visit.
- Do I need to be in shape to start?
- No. The assessment exists to meet you exactly where you are. Members arrive at every level of fitness, including no recent training at all.
- How is this different from a regular gym?
- Membership is capped on purpose. Every member is paired with a coach. Programming is built around your body, not a class schedule.
- What if I am working around an injury?
- Our recovery and mobility team works with members managing pain, post-surgical recovery, and long-standing movement restrictions.
- How long does the first visit take?
- Plan for 45 to 60 minutes. We do not rush. The first visit is conversation and a tour, not training.
